Events questions
How do I place an event on the calendar?
To place your event on the calendar, if you have not already done so you will have to register. Once registered sign in to your profile. At the top of the window you will see a menu with the option to place new event on the calendar. Simply complete and submit the form. You will find tips and hints to the left of the form.
How do I register to be informed of new events?
To receive updates on new events placed on the calendar, if you have not already done so you will have to register. On the registration form you will be able to select the event types and locations that you want to be informed about. If you have already registered but are not receiving updates, sign in to your profile and complete you profile on the Auto-update section.
I have submitted an event, why didn't it appear on the Auto-update e-mail?
Only events that are due to appear within the next 60 days are included in the Auto-update e-mail. Any events outside of that period will still apppear on the calendar and will then be included in the Auto-update e-mail when they fall within the 60-day period.
I have submitted my event, but there is no link to a map.
In order for a link to a location map to be displayed you will have to include the postcode of the event. If you have not done so you will need to sign in to your profile, list your events and edit the relevant event.

To alter the details of an event you will need to sign in to your profile, list your events and edit the relevant event.
Directory questions
How do I place my organisation on a directory?
To place your organisation in the directories, if you have not already done so you will have to register. Once registered sign in to you profile. You will find an area in your profile to select the directories in which you want to be included. However you must ensure that your organisation information has been completed as specified, else you will not be listed.
How do I place my organisation in numerous regions in the directories?
We have not allowed for this facility else some companies would put their details into every region, diluting the relevance for people in that region. We suggest you list your organisation in the region in which you are based.
Other questions
Will my e-mail be sold or passed to anyone else?
Absolutely not! We value your visits as much as you value your privacy and will not pass out or sell your details to any other company. Outside of the Auto-updates, the only other e-mails you will receive will be to inform you of major updates to the calendar.
